Caught My Breath

Life has become a whirlwind lately. A constant blur of activity, deadlines, and appointments. It's easy to get caught in the madness, forgetting to breathe.

But I've been trying. Making a conscious effort to take time from the throng and just savor for a moment. To hear the world around me, overlook it.

It's amazing how much I neglect when I scramble. The sounds of children playing, the sunlight on my skin, the simple grace in everyday things.

Catching my breath is a reminder to reconnect. A way to attain peace amidst the bustle.

Suffocating Silence

In the abyss where this oppressive silence, thoughts become knotted. A heavy veil muffles every sound, every whisper might break the eerie stillness. The absence of sound is a force, constricting any possibility for release. It's a prison built notthe crushing burden of unheard desires.
